One day I sat down to write a poem
Inspired by you who in my mind roam
A poem with a beginning but no end
Fine poem too large to comprehend
I wanted it out of this world of ours
A timeless poem of endless powers
It would forever float above gravity
And defy all known human ingenuity
Make it even brighter than the moon
Night, morning, and every afternoon
It would transmit quakes and shakes
In sundry temporal valleys and lakes
I started writing seamlessly through
Such a wonderful poem just for you
Yes, the thought of you reading this
Inspired this my strange poetic bliss
I will compose such poem just for you
Promise to read it when I’m through
